Welcome to Joyful Vibrations. My name is Lorey Amaro and I have been exploring metaphysical subjects and spirituality for most of my life. I've always been interested in history, philosophy, ancient ruins, evolution and psychic abilities. There's a burning desire within me to seek answers of the unknown and expand my consciousness of awareness, always pursuing a deeper meaning of life and truth. So I find myself at this time taking a huge leap of faith where I can express myself through BODY MIND AND SPIRIT aspects with the intentions of inspiring and igniting people to embrace life with joy, courage, and compassion. Hopefully by sharing my passions, life experiences, thoughts, and information that I've come to know and understand, this will be accomplished. My mission is to bring people together in a loving environment where they will feel safe to grow and become the best person they can be. My heartfelt dream is to someday open a BODY MIND AND SPIRIT Wellness Center along with inspirational gifts and self-help books serving Discovery Bay, Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, Stockton, Tracy, Livermore and Pleasanton. I've recently gathered a fantastic group of intuitive healers and teachers who are currently holding a monthly Wellness and Intuitive Spa Day at a beautiful 3500 sq feet facility in Discovery Bay. For more information click on the link below. Thank you for visiting my website and I welcome all comments.
To serve, with love~

MY HEARTFELT THOUGHTS
Letting Go
Here’s a poem that Louise Hay wrote some years ago. May you find peace in these words:
To "let go" does not mean to stop caring, it means I can’t do it for someone else.
To "let go" is not to cut myself off, it’s the realization I can’t control another.
To "let go" is not to enable, but to allow learning from natural consequences.
To "let go" is to admit powerlessness, which means the outcome is not in my hands.
To "let go" is not to try to change or blame another, it is to make the most of myself.
To "let go" is not to care for, but to care about.
To "let go" is not to fix, but to be supportive.
To "let go" is not to judge, but to allow another to be a human being.
To "let go" is not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes, but to allow others to affect their own destinies.
To "let go" is not to be protective, it is to permit another to face reality.
To "let go" is not to deny, but to accept.
To "let go" is not to nag, scold or argue, but instead to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To "let go" is not to adjust everything to my desires, but to take each day as it comes and cherish myself in it.
To "let go" is not to regret the past, but to grow and live for the future.
To "let go" is to fear less and love more.

"We are not here just to survive and live long - we are here to live and know Life in its multi-dimensions, to know Life in its richness, in all its variety. And when a soul lives multi-dimensionally, explores all possibilities available, never shrinks back from a challenge, goes, rushes to it, welcomes it, rises to the occasion then life becomes a flame - life blooms." ~ Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh
